ABOUT CAPS...

Community Association Publishing Services (CAPS) was founded in 1995 to provide communication tools for creating community and improving communication to HOAs and community association management companies. These tools are primarily community newsletters & websites.

Currently, CAPS works with some of the largest community association management companies and their client community associations in the United States. Some of those companies include:
